Oscott College is a seminary for the training of Catholic priests.
By appointment only for non-members
The Librarian is available 11:30–18:00 Mon-Wed during term-time. However, appointments are possible Mon–Wed during College holidays.
The majority of the collection is on the ground floor but some parts are only accessible by steep stairs. There are no lifts in the building

Books and journals covering all aspects of Catholic theology and history, catechesis, biblical studies, religion and philosophy.
The Recusant Library has a collection of 12,000 catalogued items of Catholic interest, mostly books and collections of pamphlets, dating from c. 1470–1850. Access is strictly limited, but specified contents can be viewed by appointment.
